Real and long-term sustainable results need time. Through the 8-week program, you will learn how to apply healthy habits to your daily life. The method of comprehensive cooperation helps to solve new and demanding situations, where lifestyle change definitely belongs. In the beginning, we will set your long-term goals and plans and we will gradually achieve them with smaller and gradual steps. Each of you can achieve your goals. All that is needed is the right motivation, leadership and education. Therefore, throughout the cooperation, I will be your guide and support in matters of nutrition. Together we will go through a change in your voluntary decision to be a healthy, more physically fit and thus more mentally resilient person
